A Virginia native, M. Louise was raised in a family that prized creative endeavors; as a child she and her sisters would have drawing contests, make models with Play-doh, and write stories. Through school, Louise continued her passion for art, winning contests and designing t-shirts without any formal training. It wasn’t until she graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Journalism that Louise realized she wanted to spend her life painting abstract art.

Louise began working at Deljou Art Group as an artist assistant to renowned artist Kamy, developing her own style and techniques. Louise now shows her artwork in galleries in Atlanta and sells her abstract figures and landscapes across the country.
