Born in 1971 in Tbilisi, Georgia, Bichiko Badry had an extensive formal art education before becoming established as a talented painter. In 1987 he enrolled in the Applied Arts College in Tbilisi. Upon his graduation in 1990, he continued studying in the Fine Art Academy where he majored in industrial design. While working and studying there, Badry was named the “Young Talent” of a 1993 exhibition in Tbilisi. Since completing his formal training in 1995, Badry has exhibited his work around the world and continues to impress art collectors in his native country and abroad.
