Yulia Dvoiris was born in 1958 in Russia, in the city of Roslavl. Yulia studied at the University of Art and Graphics in Magnitogorsk. She worked as a book illustrator and a theatre set designer and taught painting for retirees and elderly people.

Yulia immigrated to Israel in 2014 where she turned to her true love for humorous paintings which evoke smiles. Her artworks get great responses all over the world.
