"Dockside Catch" is a limited edition embossed lithograph on paper by Sissi Janku, numbered and hand signed by the artist. Measures approx. 19.5" x 25.5" (image). There are very minor creases on the top-middle part of the image.

Sissi Janku was born in Munich, Germany where she studied Graphic Arts at the Academy of Art and also worked as a graphic designer for a German magazine. She then moved to Hawaii in 1984 and became John Young’s student who was one of Hawaii’s iconic artists. Young has influence Sissi even after his passing, at the age of 88, you can see hints of his influence in her artwork. Sissi’s amazing color scheme and tropical paintings have captured art collectors around the world, her work has been shown in the Mauna Kanu Hotel in Hawaii, the Dai- ishi Hotel in Tokyo, the Plantation in Maui, and the Player’s Island Resort in Nevada.
