Manfred Kuhnert was born in Germany in March of 1931. This son of notable portrait artist Gertrud Von Ubensteatt was destined to follow his mother’s artistic footsteps. A graduate of the esteemed Academy of Fine Art, Dresden, Kuhnert’s mother was very attentive and nurturing of her son’s artistic needs. Her guidance and expertise helped Manfred’s artistic skills blossom. He went on like his mother, and studied at the Academy of Fine Art, Dresden.

Manfred’s innate talent coupled with his immense knowledge of art gives birth to some of the most vivid and captivating art. His works awaken genuine emotion and feeling. Kuhnert’s works are elegantly timeless.
