Born in sunny California in 1977, Sybil O'Neil studied at the University of Southern California where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, intently studying the Italian Masters of old among many others. Traveling through Italy during her college years enabled this budding artist to experience iconic masterpieces in person, sparking her realization that it would take a lifetime to achieve the mastery of her own talents, which she was and is gladly willing to do.

Relocating to Atlanta, Georgia on the advice of a friend after her return from Europe, O'Neil discovered a thriving artistic community and has enjoyed creating her wonderfully detailed, color-drenched artwork ever since for collectors and fans everywhere.
