N. Scott (also known as L. Locke and N. Scotter) was born in 1940 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Scott honed his artistic talent at both the Art Center in La Jolla and the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. A true lover a nature, Scott is inspired by the outdoors, and his love of the wild shows in his brush and palette knife paintings.
