Michele Battut was born in Paris, France. She devoted her self to painting at a very young age. She studied at the Grande Chauniere Academy in atelier Aujame. She went on to study at the atelier Chapelaine Midy, and the Beaux Art Academy in Paris. Battut’s art is inspired primarily by her world travels. In 1971 she won the prize of “La Casa Velasquez”. Her works can be found in many private collections around the world.
