Born in 1977 to a family who always nurtured her creative spirit, Maria Eva began dancing and painting at a young age. When she was eighteen, Eva enrolled in the Fine Arts program at the University of Southern California. Within her first year she was exhibiting her artwork in California. During her third year at USC, Eva studied abroad in Cortona, Italy to immerse herself in the culture and work of the Italian masters. It was here that Eva also made connections with many contemporary artists who influence her work.

Eva is passionate about painting landscapes and continues to exhibit and sell her work nationwide.
