Madjid

Madjid was born in 1943 in Teheran, into a dignified artistic Persian family Rahnavardskar. He himself began to paint at the age of 16.

By 1959, his talent was widely recognized. That year he was bestowed the Persian-French award RASI for one of his works, the following year he was awarded once again, for one of his sculptures this time. Shortly thereafter he traveled to Munich, Germany to study at the Art Academy in Munich where he decided to focus on Impressionism as his medium. To date, he is one of their most notable artists.

Madjid has resided in Munich for more than 37 years, and is part of the most acclaimed circle of artists in Munich. Many of his pieces can be seen in illustrious art collections throughout Europe, America and Asia. What separates Madjid from other artist is all his works seemed to have been brought to life with each brushstroke. They seem blossom with vivid colors and beautiful scenery right in front of your eyes.
