Jett Jackson was born Laura Lee Jackson in Newport Beach, California in 1958. An artist since early childhood, she assumed the pen name "Jett" after a beloved family dog. Jett Jackson's work is currently in over 600 collections worldwide and has been show in over 144 exhibitions. Her work has appeared in Art in America, Art News, Vanity Fair, Art and Antiques, Art Business News, the Robb Report, Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Weekly, Decor Magazine and numerous other publications. Her commercial projects have included billboard design, a children's book, magazine covers, product advertisements, art for television and motion picture projects.
