Enrique V. P. Huallpatuero

Enrique Virgilio Polanco Huallpatuero was born in Peru in 1970 and he studied painting at the Escuela Nacional Superior Autonoma de Bellas Artes in addition to his studies in dance at at the Centro Folclorico del Magisterio. His artwork is exhibited widely throughout Peru and abroad.
