Celeste Peters was born in Conyers, Georgia. At a young age she began painting floral images. She later attended the University of Georgia where she studied Photography and Art History and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. After graduation Celeste traveled throughout Europe, fulfilling one of her lifelong dreams.
