Allen Friedman is a cum laude graduate of the New York Phoenix Scnool of Design with additional studies at the Art Students League, School of Visual Arts and Pratt Institute. He is a former art director of a New York based publishing house and The Fish Net Magazine, a New York Sportsmans Illustrated. Friedman's work in wildlife painting gained popularity first with conservation and sportsmens groups and then quickly spread to the general public. His work is often sought at nortneast region shows and exhibits.
