Adela Vildoso was born in Lima, Peru in 1955. Vildoso is part of a group of Peruvian artists that rediscover traditional painting in the adverse environment of Post Modernism. Adela studied at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes in Lima from 1977-1983, while simultaneously attending the drawing school of the well known Cristina Galvez. Adela Vildoso has participated in several exhibitions and her work is shown and collected by well know art dealers in her native Peru and abroad.
