Shipping Policies

QART.COM currently ships only within the 50 United States.

We do not currently deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Invoices with these type of addresses will generally be held until a street address is obtained and risk being cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time.

Combined Shipping

QART.COM understands that shipping costs can add up and that no one really wants a house or office filled with cardboard tubes. We are pleased to offer combined shipping on select tube shipped items for this reason. Items that are able to be combined will indicate such on the auction or gallery detail page directly beneath the shipping and handling price.
Combined shipping works as follows: You are charged the shipping on the highest priced eligible item. Each additional item (up to 2 additional items per order) will be charged only a handling fee of $5 each. If you are paying for many eligible items in your cart, they will be automatically arranged at checkout to save you the most on shipping.
Only items that indicate they are eligible for combined shipping actually are. Once an order is paid for, we cannot combine the shipment with other items so please be careful to pay for the items in a single transaction.

Estimated Ship Time

QART.COM reserves between 3-8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles based facilities. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or an update in the "Paid Order Status" section of the "My Account" menu by the 8th business day, please contact us for more information.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are assigned on the date your package is ready to be picked up from our warehouse by the carrier.

Since tracking numbers are generated on site, from the time your package leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours before the specific carrier site actually displays tracking information.

Missing Items or Stolen/Lost Packages

If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with QART.COM within 48 hours from the estimated delivery date of your package (generally 5 business days after the order has a status of “shipped”). QART.COM will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact QART.COM within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package.

We will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.
