Qart.com currently ships only within the 50 United States.
We do not currently deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Invoices with P.O. Box addresses will generally be held until a street address is obtained and risk being cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time.
Estimated Ship Time
Qart.com reserves between 3-8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles based facilities. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or an update in the "Paid Order Status" section of the "My Account" menu by the 8th business day, please contact us for more information.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are assigned on the date your package is ready to be picked up from our warehouse by the carrier.
Since tracking numbers are generated on site, from the time your package leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours before the specific carrier site actually displays tracking information.
Missing Items or Stolen/Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Qart.com within 48 hours from the estimated delivery date of your package (generally 5 business days after the order has a status of “shipped”). Qart.com will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact Qart.com within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package.
Quality Art Auctions will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.
