Beginning his career as a professional photographer over twenty-five years ago, Gregg Cobarr has photographed countless television, film, and music stars. Cobarr studied photography throughout his youth, earning a BA from the Brooks Institute of Photography. He followed up this degree with an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. Over the years Cobarr has had his worked published in the United States and abroad; his talents are coveted world-wide. It is particular his attention to detail and his artistic eye that make his work stand out in a society over-saturated with media.

In the music industry, he has worked with industry giants such as Columbia Records, Epic Records, MCA, RCA, Capitol, and Warner Brothers, in addition to his television work with 20th Century Fox and Columbia pictures. Cobarr has photographed a wide array of artists, including Aerosmith, Heart, Ringo Starr, Bob Marley, Santana, Dolly Parton, Journey, Willie Nelson, Talking Heads, Meatloaf, Charlie Daniels Band, Kenny Loggins, Rolling Stones, Judas Priest, Elvis Costello, Blue Oyster Cult, Electric Light Orchestra, Jefferson Airplane, Derringer, Cheap Trick, and Muddy Waters.
