Dineen Linza was born in Niagara Falls in 1969. Soon after her birth, Linza moved to Mesa, Arizona, which provided a rich backdrop of artistic inspiration. Her love of nature and art prompted Linza to study Fine Art at Mesa Community College and the Colorado Institute of Art. Linza first painting with oil and pastels, but she quickly discovered that acrylic was her favorite medium. Known for showcasing dramatic light and shadow, Linza’s work has been inspired by the likes of Caravaggio, Magritte, Dali, and Cezanne.
