Arman Musakhanyan was born in Abovyan, Armenia in 1977, but was raised in the United States. With many family members as artists, Arman grew up surrounded by art and creative influences. Arman’s own imagination took over when he began to seriously paint at the age of seven. By age 12, Arman was already submitting his work to various contests and group exhibition. Arman’s big break came at the young age of 14, when he and his brother were commissioned to paint two large paintings for ABC’s television show “General Hospital.” Arman decided to continue his art education, and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. Arman continues to paint and sculpt prolifically, and his work is exhibited across North America.
