Quality Art Auctions ships only within the 50 United States.
Quality Art Auction items ship separately from Bidz.com or other Certified Merchant items.
Quality Art Auctions items are always shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted.
Fed Ex will not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Invoices with P.O. Box addresses will be held until a street address is obtained and will be cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time.
Estimated Ship Time
Quality Art Auctions reserves between 3-8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles based warehouse. If no shipping confirmation is received by the 8th business day, please contact us immediately for more information.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are assigned on the date your package is shipped from our warehouse.
To check the status of your paid orders, simply log into the Quality Art Auctions payment center and click on the "Paid Order Status" link. Invoices showing a status of "shipped" will have the FedEx tracking number within the invoice details. Click on a specific invoice number to view the invoice details.
Since tracking numbers are generated on site, from the time your package leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours before the FedEx website displays tracking information.
Missing Items or Stolen/Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Quality Art Auctions within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package (5 business days after the order has a status of “shipped” or 14 business days from date of payment). Quality Art Auctions will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact Quality Art Auctions within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package.
Quality Art Auctions will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.
Please forward all claims issues to cs@qart.com
Combined Shipping
Quality Art Auctions items are currently sorted into three separate categories for shipping purposes:
Tube Shipped Items
This refers to all prints on regular paper or un-stretched canvas. As these items are all shipped in tubes, they can be combined with each other for discounted shipping. You may pay for up to three tube shipped items on one invoice, oldest items needing to be paid first. You will be charged for the highest price shipping and handling of the three and just $5 each for the (up to) two remaining items.
Flat Shipped Items
This category may include, but is not limited to: stretched canvas pieces, items that are printed on panel (wood or other material), framed items. You may pay for up to three flat shipped items on one invoice, oldest items needing to be paid first. You will be charged for the highest price shipping and handling of the three and just $7.50 each for the (up to) two remaining items.
Special Items
This category includes items that are either irreplaceable, or clumsy in size or shape. Art sets or lots may be included in this category as well. Due to the nature of these items, they do not qualify for combined shipping and must be paid individually.
