Born in 1957, Rinaldi took various courses in painting under the guidance of established painters who possessed great skill. Early in his career he exhibited his work, starting out locally and eventually branching out nationally receiving positive feedback form the public and art critics. Rinaldi is very well studied in his technique and the colors from his palette are soft and beaming with light. With skillful strokes, he is able to achieve the effect of a wonderful reality. As viewers look into his works they are carried off into balconies overlooking the sea, surrounded by Bougainville that winds up the columns, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd and immersed in a peaceful quiet.
