Paul Meyer was born in 1910 and attended the Cleveland Art Institute. He was represented by Circle Fine Art, one of the largest publishing houses in the late eighties and early nineties which is no longer in business. Meyer has been featured in the book Who's Who in American Art in 1940 and 1999.
