After serving several years in the Israeli Air Force as a technical illustrator, she graduated from college specializing in fine art and calligraphy. Shoham went on to study fashion but ultimately returned to fine art, finding a particular interest in the Jewish wedding and Ketubah and has participated in shows and exhibits internationally.
