Born in Missouri in 1973, Napoleon Kaufman is best known as a running back for the Oakland Raiders. After playing college football with for the University of Washington, Kaufman was selected by the Oakland Raiders in the first round of the 1995 NFL draft. He played with the Raiders until he retired from playing professional football in 2000. Before his retirement, Kaufman led the NFL in yards per rushing attempt in 1996. He is currently a senior pastor in California.
