Ken Roth was born in San Diego in 1966 and from his very youth was an avid outdoorsman. Upon discovering his passion for art, he quickly translated that love of nature into his work. Much of Roth’s style was developed under the tutelage of Spanish master Sebastian Capella, particularly Roth’s talent for simplifying his paintings to the most fundamental shapes, values, and colors.

Roth utilizes his talents in artwork ranging from nature portraits to landscapes and onward, and from intimate works to architectural installations. Private and corporate collections exhibit his work nationally and internationally.
