Jenaro Chambi was born in Puno, Peru 1959 he was part of a group of artists always searching for the "perfect light" to paint there masterpieces. Jenaro Chambi studied at the famous Escuela de Artes de Arequipa and went on to exhibit his art in various galleries all over Peru.
