Isella was born in 1947 and grew up an admirer of fine art. He spent a great deal of time in the studio of a well known Italian painter who provided him with insperation and guidance in the technique of oil painting. As a young adult he moved to Paris where he made a name for himself participating in group exhibitions. Over his career he has taken part in numerous artistic and cultural exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Isella has works which are part of permanent exhibitions at the Atelier Internazionale d'Arte.
