Ilene Meyer was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She is a self taught artist who made her introduction into the art world in the mid 1970’s. She started in science fiction illustration and gradually moved towards fine art. Meyer’s art incorporates philosophy, science, and culture. Her works are mind opening and filled with amazing fantastical elements.
