David Calton attended the Cleveland Institute of Art, Florida State University and Kent State University on art scholarships. Calton is now the owner of a design firm specializing in providing original art for advertising agencies and retail clients he creates magazine illustrations, billboard images, catalogs, newspaper ads and point-of-purchase materials. His vocation is also his avocation. In his exceedingly limited spare time, he shows his works in fine galleries throughout the U.S.
