Camiel Moody was born in Holland in the 1950’s to a family with a distinctly British heritage. While apprenticing for his father, Japp Moody, Camiel was greatly influenced by the works of the Dutch artist, Harold Kleyn. Though Mr. Moody traveled extensively throughout Europe and beyond, his primary influencers were always the old “Dutch Masters.”
