Wayne Cooper
Wayne Cooper is an Acknowledged American Painter. Cooper was raised on a ranch in Oklahoma where he learned about life in the country and began a series of life long friendships with Native Americans. In 2003, Cooper was commissioned by the Oklahoma State Senate Historical Preservation Fund Inc. to create a painting that would depict Samuel Washington Woodhouse during the time in which he accompanied the 1849-50 Creek Indian Boundary survey. Cooper is listed in the Who`s Who of the Midwest, the Who`s Who of American Art, and the International Who`s Who of Art and Antiques.
