Italian artist, Roberto Donatelli arrived on the international art scene in 1984 when the acclaimed art critic and curator, Enrico Crispolti, guided his solo exhibition "Between Vision and Eroticism" at the Macerata Modern Art Museum. After exhibiting for years in Rome, Naples and throughout Italy, Donatelli began to exhibit abroad in Denmark, New York, and Los Angeles and beyond. Aside from painting, Donatelli is an accomplished sculptor, jewerly designer, and he has collaborated for years with the Brazilian interior designer, Ugo the Pace. When not creating or exhibiting, Donatelli is an instructor at the both the Art Academy of Rome and Naples.
