Roshvan was born in 1966 in the city of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan (former U.S.S.R.). He immigrated to Israel in the beginning of the 1990's. Roshvan has a whimsical style that weaves abstract figures, often including musical and dance themes. He primarily uses mixed medium which include acrylic and water color.
