Elba Ardunuy ws born in Valencia, Venezuela, in 1944. She recieved her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Caracas in 1964 and continued her painting studies in Paris at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, where she was selected to exhibit in the "Salon Grands et Jeunes d' aujourd'hui" at the Grand Palais. Her works have been exhibited in prestigious galleries around throughout the United States, including Carolyn Summers Gallery, Chicago; Clayton Art Gallery, Clayton, Mo.; T.R.'s, New York and Pavilion Gallery, Portland.
