Born in Lima, Peru in 1957, Pietro Angellis has astounded his peers with his art skills for years. At the age of 11, Angellis was creating outstanding sketches of his schoolmates. Encouraged by his father, an art dealer, Angellis continued to study painting, and eventually was even offered to paint for two European art dealers in Europe. While living in Peru, Angellis was captivated by the beautiful beaches and coastlines, but eventually his love for studio painting brought his back to still life. Angelllis has had many exhibitions featuring his works, including at the famous Galeria Llaque, and has even taken second place in the national Watercolor Contest.
